In this role, you will be managing a diverse team of Artists, Game Designers, Programmers and external vendors and be responsible for :

Assisting in overseeing the development of new game features and updates from concept to live online operations
Defining project vision and aligning directions while motivating a cross-functional team
Generating project schedules and setting release dates
Running daily meetings to ensure all tasks are on track
Ensuring that all deadlines are being met and highlight possible issues or risks to mitigate and alleviate dependencies that block development
Reviewing schedules with Management and Team Leads, defining what is expected in each milestone/sprint and ensuring technical feasibility
Providing regular reports on the game’s performance and making recommendations and adjustments
Leading the communication and reporting to Management, HQ or Offshore on project schedule and performance

You have a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
You have at least 8 years of related experience, with prior experience working on live mobile applications
You have strong analytic skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making
You have experience in Project Management and possess strong leadership skills.
You are able to identify, understand, prioritise and articulate market and customer requirements.
You have great communication and presentation skills
You have a strong interest in social games
You are able to adapt and manage changes in a fast-paced environment
