Senior Staff Software Engineer

We are hiring both BACK-END and FRONT-END engineers (read through for full info)

A) Back-end Role

1) Role Overview: As a Back-End Engineer at CozmoX AI, you'll architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performing server-side applications that power our AI-driven services.

2) Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable APIs and backend services.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Integrate AI models and complex data workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, and front-end teams.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold high-quality coding standards.

3) Requirements:

• Proven experience as a top-tier back-end engineer (minimum 5+ years).
• Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Mastery of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building high-performance microservices architectures.
• Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated track record of building systems handling millions of requests.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical skills, and passion for technology.

4) Bonus Points:

• Background in AI, ML integrations, or large-scale data processing.
• Experience with real-time communication technologies (WebSockets, SIP, RTP).

B) Front-end Role

1) Role Overview: As a Front-End Engineer at CozmoX AI, you'll build intuitive, visually compelling, and highly interactive web interfaces that connect users to powerful AI-driven services.

2) Key Responsibilities:

• Develop world-class, highly responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs into exceptional UI/UX experiences.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across platforms.
• Implement rigorous testing to ensure robustness and maintainability.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contribute to defining best practices and architectural standards.

3) Requirements:

• Proven top-tier front-end engineering experience (minimum 5+ years).
• Mastery in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep expertise with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Extensive experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, MobX).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principles.
• Experience with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm).
• Proven experience building complex, data-driven web applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for user-centered design.

• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch).
